Owoo! Que espaço incrível. Tão acolhedor, bonito e pacífico. Conheci o espaço por recomendação, e só posso estar o mais agradecido. Carolina foi perfeita na Osteopatia, o conhecimento e trabalho dela é espetacular. Experimentei também massagens que me deixaram super relaxado. Basicamente encontramos um santuário do descanso e relaxante aqui! Podes combinar tratamento com práticas de Ioga. Adorei. Parabéns a todos! Parabéns Carolina pelo belo projeto na nossa cidade. If you’re looking for Prenatal Yoga classes and a great yoga teacher in Ferrel or the Peniche area, Cecilia at Element Water is truly a blessing on this beautiful journey ✨ I started my second trimester with her, and my body is so grateful. The classes and asanas are thoughtfully selected, helping you build a deeper connection with your body and prepare it for giving a birth. Hip opening, proper breathing, and strengthening your body are the foundations you gain along with a sense of general well-being and a wonderful mood after each session. I especially want to highlight Cecilia - an incredible professional with a warm personality and a kind heart. I began with private sessions, which were extremely beneficial, as we could focus on specific areas of my body based on its needs. I also really enjoy the class structure 🤍 It’s great that prenatal yoga group classes are now available as well. Highly recommended!

The best studio in Ferrel/Baleal area (or even further😉)! The teachers are really good, have a lot of knowledge, give options for different levels, and are just sweet. It’s a small, personal studio and cozy with warm lights and plants, which made me feel at home! Thanks a lot again Caroline and the rest ❤️

I had several osteopathic treatments with Caro and I’m grateful I found her. From the first session she made me feel heard and understood. She takes the time to really listen to your story, understand your body, and identify exactly where treatment is needed. I’ve noticed a real difference in my body. I can finally stand for longer periods again, and I feel more balanced and aligned overall. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Also, the daily yoga classes are great with highly experienced teachers! I always left the classes feeling completely relaxed 🙂

Caro eine Meisterin der Osteopathie Ich arbeite schon seit über 30 Jahren mit unterschiedlichsten Osteopathen zusammen, um fit zu bleiben. Ein Handbruch, vor zwei Jahren und die Folgen hat meine sportliche Aktivität – Golf – auf null reduziert. Wöchentliche Behandlungen haben keinen durchschlagenden Erfolg erbracht bis ich auf Caro gestoßen bin, bei meinem Aufenthalt in Ferell. Caro ist eine Meisterin. Sie hat es geschafft nach vier Sitzungen, dass ich das erste Mal nach zwei Jahren schmerzfrei war, dass meine Hand und Arm nicht immer wieder steif werden. Sie hat ein unglaubliches Wissen! Man merkt, dass sie an einer der besten Schulen, Swiss International College für Osteopathie sich ständig weiterbildet und von internationalen Spitzenleuten unterrichtet wird. Am Schluss der Behandlung erklärt sich sehr detailliert, was das Problem ist. Bei mir eine Blockade der Faszien im Innenunterarm zwischen den beiden Knochen, da wo der Gips zu eng war. Deswegen wird die Hand nicht mit "Nährstoffen" versorgt, deswegen wird die Hand und der Arm steif. Nach zwei Jahren mit etlichen Untersuchungen in München, MAT und das ganze Programm eine Antwort! Es wird noch seine Zeit dauern, bis sich alles einspielt. Caro ist gut vernetzt und so habe ich eine Adresse einer Therapeutin in München erhalten. Danke Caro

Such a special place. I’ve been seeing Caro for osteopathy and also joining her yoga classes - both have been incredible. She’s deeply knowledgeable, warm, and intuitive in everything she does. The treatments always leave me feeling more balanced and at ease and her yoga classes are the perfect mix of mindful movement and relaxation. The studio itself is calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. Can’t recommend it enough <3
