Tive a primeira consulta e, tecnicamente, foi excelente, senti logo diferença mal saí. Paralelamente, fui recebida e tratada com uma simpatia extrema que me deixou com a certeza de que voltarei, seja por necessidade ou até para relaxar.

I wanted to share my experience working with Natacha Santos of rebalance osteopathy. First of all, she has great English skills and this is very important to me still not fully grasping the Portuguese tongue - we do all our appointments in English and never have any problems communicating. The work I have done with Natacha is extensive, we have worked almost every area of my body, Neck and shoulders are a key focus for me, my range of motion is significantly improved, my shoulders rest naturally by my sides instead of hunched forward. I have a complex past with several severe injuries to my neck and shoulders, we have worked through scar tissues, thousands of trigger points, and what is particularly special about my work with Natacha is how we link everything together. For example, there are many points in the chest, diaphragm and mid back that directly impact the posture and functioning of the shoulders, points that no one I have worked with up until now has identified and worked on. We have also done lots of visceral manipulation, meaning massage and adjustment of organs in the abdominal cavity. These adjustments have been essential in my recovery from constipation, food sensitivities and intolerance, liver and gallbladder problems. At one point I tore a ligament in my wrist from a sports injury and Natacha helped me rehabilitate that wrist, I have full range of motion without pain, and am working on restoring full strength to that arm. I have had several leg and foot problems, at one point leaving me unable to walk even 2000 steps a day. Natacha has helped me rehabilitate this situation and I have since easily hiked 20km on unstable terrain no problems. I work remotely in the healthcare field and I even refer my clients to book in with her when they travel around this amazing country, with great success and feedback. If you have any neck pain, back pain, sport injuries, even things like IBS, I definitely recommend you book an appointment with Natacha and let her help you change your life. 10/10 William Dickinson
